Shipping and Returns

 UK shipping 

• All items are handmade to order and packaged by our small team in Northern Ireland.
• Every order comes beautifully packaged in a cotton drawstring jewellery bag. 
• We aim to dispatch your order within 3-7 days of receiving it.
• As all pieces are handmade, there may be occasional delays... Our team will contact you if your order is effected. 
• UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class at.
• Enjoy free shipping on orders over £50.  

 

International Shipping

• Orders to Republic of Ireland have the option of standard shipping or International Tracked. 
• Orders to the rest of the world will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.
• Delivery times for international orders may vary and be subject to local customs processing and delays beyond our control. 

 

Returns 

• As all pieces are handmade to order, we do not accept returns but we can offer an exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• We cannot exchange personalised or custom pieces.
• If your item is faulty or damaged, within the guidelines of our ALOHA damaged items policy, we will provide a replacement. In the case of a faulty item, please contact our team to view our faulty or damaged items policy. 
• Any further issues with products, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
