- Every order comes beautifully packaged in a cotton drawstring jewellery bag.
- We aim to dispatch your order within 3-7 days of receiving it.
- As all pieces are handmade, there may be occasional delays... Our team will contact you if your order is effected.
- UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class at.
- Enjoy free shipping on orders over £50.
- Orders to Republic of Ireland have the option of standard shipping or International Tracked.
- Orders to the rest of the world will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.
- Delivery times for international orders may vary and be subject to local customs processing and delays beyond our control.
- As all pieces are handmade to order, we do not accept returns but we can offer an exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- We cannot exchange personalised or custom pieces.
- If your item is faulty or damaged, within the guidelines of our ALOHA damaged items policy, we will provide a replacement. In the case of a faulty item, please contact our team to view our faulty or damaged items policy.
